Actor-filmmaker-activist Prakash Raj has directed Nana Patekar in Tadka. The film is a remake of the South Indian film Un Samayal Arayil (2014) and one hears it has shaped up well. There is also a certain excitement to watch the film because both Nana and Prakash come with a certain set of sensibilities. Though principal photography is over, apparently, Nana has not begun dubbing.

Ask Prakash why the film has been delayed and he replies, “Everything is fine. Nana is taking his time to finish the dubbing. I do not believe in rushing anyone, especially not a senior actor like him.’’

However, an insider tells us that Nana has not yet been requested to give his dates for the dubbing. Patekar was busy promoting his Marathi film Aapla Manus, and will start dubbing for Tadka this month. Thank God, someone was able to throw light (prakash) on proceedings.
