The actress recently interacted with the Hindustan Times where she was asked about sporting mini dresses, thigh-high slit ensembles and plunging necklines, and if it was done to grab the roles of younger actresses. Neena Gupta told the daily, "I won't get younger roles because of the fashionable clothes. I am glad that God has given me a good body."

She was further quoted as saying, "I am fashion conscious and love to experiment. Meri hot pictures ko bahut comments milte hain and the regular photos don't get many likes. I am enjoying the appreciation I am getting on social media. Very rarely do I get a negative comment."

There have been times when she turned model for her designer daughter Masaba Gupta as well. The actress will next be seen in Akshay Kumar starrer Sooryavanshi where she will be seen playing the actor's mother. Apart from that, she will also be seen in Kangana Ranaut and Richa Chadha starrer Panga.
