Meezaan-Ranveer Singh shake a leg to Malhari!
Meezaan and Ranveer were invited to a wedding by a friend where they danced to the latter’s song, Malhari
Sanjay Leela Bhansali is set to launch Meezaan and Sharmin Segal with Malaal under his banner, Bhansali Productions. This also marks his production house’s first collaboration with T-Series.
The trailer and songs of the Mangesh Hadawale directorial have been received well and the excitement amongst the audience to see the promising new faces on screen is palpable.
Impressions are only going to get better when fans learn that the new actor on the block, Meezaan, has shaken a leg with powerhouse performer Ranveer Singh! Yes, you read it right.
Both, Meezaan and Ranveer, were recently invited for a wedding by their common friend where they set the dance floor on fire with their moves on the chartbuster Malhari, much to the surprise of the attendees.
Interestingly, Sharmin introduced the youngster to his would-be mentor Bhansali on the sets of Bajirao Mastani (2015). Later, he assisted the filmmaker on Padmaavat (2018), which starred Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor. It’s learnt that Meezaan also doubled up as Ranveer in one of the important scenes in the period drama.
Gulshan Kumar and Sanjay Leela Bhansali present Malaal. Produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bhushan Kumar, Mahaveer Jain and Krishan Kumar, the film releases on July 5.
