Vidyut Jammwal, a Bollywood actor, is set to marry fashion designer Nandita Mahtani. The two have officially confirmed their engagement on social media, putting the rumours to rest. Vidyut's Taj Mahal photo, in which he was seen standing with Nandita in front of the Taj Mahal, went viral a few days ago.
Nandita Mahtani is a Mumbai-based fashion designer. She runs a company named Playground with Dino Morea. Mahtani has been designing and styling Virat Kohli for several years. Sanjay Hinduja, the son of Indian-born British millionaire industrialist Gopichand Hinduja, is Anu Mahtani's husband.
Vidyut recently took to his verified Twitter handle and shared two photos with Nandita. In one photo, the couple can be seen climbing a wall while in the other they can be seen viewing the Taj Mahal. While sharing the pictures, he wrote, “Did it the COMMANDO way 01/09/21.”
He also recently shared a message after Sidharth Shukla’s death. Vidyut shared he had asked his mother to meet Sidharth but she was in her nightclothes and said, “no I won’t meet him today, will meet tomorrow, tell him I’ve slept.” My mom was watching TV in the other.
Vidyut further said, “He came to the ask where my mom is, so I told him she’s sleeping inside. He didn’t even see me and straight away went to the bedroom, opened the door, and my mom was sitting with the remote watching TV and she stopped. Shukla went running and touched her feet. My mom was initially nervous, but then he hugged her. My mom was awestruck by him. He didn’t fear anything.”
