On Monday, Malaika Arora took to her Instagram page and shared a video with her sister Amrita Arora Ladak straight from their workout session.

Malaika has also started her own yoga institution Diva Yoga and it has definitely got the right attention from people. Moreover, Malaika is often snapped with her best friend Kareena Kapoor Khan and sister Amrita Arora Ladak while heading to the gym.
On Monday, Malaika decided to motivate her Instagram followers by sharing a workout video with Amrita. In the video, both of them are seen doing lunges in a curtsy style. It shows how seriously they take their workout sessions. There have been reports making the rounds that Malaika and Arjun will be tying the knot as per both Hindu and Christian traditions. Malaika rubbished the report by stating to Bombay Times that there's no truth to it.
