Luv Ranjan of 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety' saves Mohit Suri's next film
The actor parted ways with the filmmaker when he heard that he wasn’t the solo hero in the movie and it was also supposed to feature Sunny Singh (of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety fame).
Mohit Suri’s forthcoming project has been in the news for quite some time now. Earlier, the Aashiqui 2 director was in talks with Aditya Roy Kapur for it. However, the actor parted ways with the filmmaker when he heard that he wasn’t the solo hero in the movie and it was also supposed to feature Sunny Singh (of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety fame).
Now, we have learnt that Luv Ranjan has reportedly agreed to back the project. Currently, the director-producer enjoys a certain equity in the market after three successful films, Pyaar Ka Punchnama (PKP; 2011), PKP 2 (2015) and SKTKS (2018). So, actors are keen to be associated with his banner. Our source says, “When Luv produces a film, he also brings his own sensibilities to the table. He and Mohit together could prove to be a winning combination.” Only time will tell how things pan out.
