Katrina Kaif: I cried over Anushka Sharma's role in 'Zero'
Kat and Anushka had earlier shared screen space in Jab Tak Hai Jaan along side Shah Rukh Khan
While promoting her upcoming film Zero, Katrina Kaif said that she wanted to play Anushka’s role in the film. She revealed that she even cried in front of Aanand (L Rai, director) to bag that role. Anushka plays a wheelchair-ridden girl suffering from cerebral palsy, while Katrina portrays the role of an actress who is an alcoholic.
Kat and Anushka had earlier shared screen space in Jab Tak Hai Jaan along side Shah Rukh Khan. This film has the trio reuniting with SRK playing the lead role of a dwarf.
