Kareena Kapoor shares glimpse of her ‘mom TV time’, reveals her favourite TV show during pregnancy

There are a hundred things to do while pregnant, but the most important thing is to rest. Moms, too, are entitled to some ‘me time.'

Kareena has shared a video on Instagram of her 'Mom TV time' when she was expecting her first child.

She captioned the reel as, “Mom TV time’ is a thing... and I made the best of it when I was expecting #HappyCamper. Never have I appreciated TLC, feet rubs, and #SchittsCreek more than during my pregnancy. Taimur and Jeh are the two sons of Kareena and Saif Ali Khan. Kareena Kapoor Khan just debuted her book, 'Kareena Kapoor Khan's Pregnancy Bible,' as an author. The book is 'the ultimate manual for moms-to-be’, according to the 40-year-old.

The book, according to Kareena, is a "very personal account of what I experienced both physically and emotionally during both of my pregnancies." She further stated that the 'Pregnancy Bible' has been vetted and certified by FOGSI, India's official body of gynaecologists and obstetricians, as well as several expert voices.
