Kareena Kapoor Khan shares post-workout selfie, says 'Dear fat, prepare to die'

One thing which has stopped during the ongoing lockdown is paparazzi clicked photos of Bollywood celebrities. The hotspots of celeb spotting were airports and gym. Amongst them, the most clicked celebrity is none other than Kareena Kapoor Khan. The actor has been gym regular and it had become an everyday phenomenon. The actor post welcoming her son got back to shape after working out religiously and keeping herself fit as ever.

Now, Kareena took to her Instagram page and shared a post-workout selfie clicked wearing her gym attire. She is seen showing her no-makeup look with hair tied in a bun and getting sunkissed. Bebo's caption is all about burning the fat and how! She wrote, "Dear fat, prepare to die... Xoxo, me."

Earlier during an interaction, Kareena opened up about losing post-pregnancy weight by stating, "Not only had I had a child, but it had also been 10 years since Tashan released. Namrata made me repeat that journey even though [I had aged]. I had child-bearing hips and gained a lot of weight. But, she merely asked me to believe in her. She was set to change my body."

She added, "We started our journey with me executing a mere eight repetitions in each exercise because I had weak back post-delivery. Today, Namrata and I trained together, and executed a high-intensity class that involved 20-30 reps, one after another."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kareena will next be seen in Laal Singh Chadha opposite Aamir Khan.
