Karan Johar talks about baking cake for his kids during lockdown, but forgets to put one important ingredient

After Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karan Johar graced the new episode of Star vs Food, a celebrity-based cookery show. During the show, the ace filmmaker tried his hand at cooking for his gorgeous Bollywood friends Mrunal Thakur, Seema Khan and Saiyami Kher. Karan confessed that he changed his eating lifestyle after he welcomed his twins Roohi Johar and Yash Johar.

KJo stated, "I have the worst metabolism and for almost thirty years of my life, I have eaten so badly, and I am much older than all of you. The last four years have been good because I had my babies and I felt like I should really have a long life for them."

Johar also shared an interesting story about his lockdown activity when he tried cooking and how it went wrong. The Ae Dil Hai Mushkil helmer narrated, "During the pandemic when the lockdown began, I called a friend who makes great food and told her that I wanted to bake a cake for my babies. My kids were very excited and they were helping me out. The cake had butter, it had sugar, it had chocolates and all the other goodies, and we also made the icing separately. So, I put that in the oven but it didn't rise because the one thing that I didn't read was the baking powder."

Towards the end of the episode, when Mrunal, Seema and Saiyami were asked about Karan's culinary skills, they all said, "Unforgettably fabulous because of your scrumptious meal."
