The 34-year-old hails from Himachal Pradesh and is still true to her roots as she often spends time in her hometown with her family.
On Saturday (September 26), Kangana went down memory lane and shared a couple of photographs from her childhood. The first snap is from 1998 wherein the ‘Queen’ actress can be seen posing in her school uniform while donning a boy-cut haircut. She is standing in an empty field along with a friend.
“Small school in the valley called Hill View … year 1998 Himachal Pradesh,” she captioned her post with a heart emoji.
“Sooooo sweeeet ya kangs @kanganaranaut,” wrote actor Taher Shabbir while celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar dropped a heart emoji in the comments section. Fans also reacted to the photo and showered Kangana with love and praises. “Sweet little girl with big dreams in her eyes,” wrote one user while another commented, “Who knew this little girl would one day take the whole Bollywood industry by storm.” A third user quipped, “Very very pretty,” while a fourth one wrote, “Bachapan se hi Dhakad ho….”
Kangana shared another picture which according to her is from a school trip to a temple. She is dressed in a pink and green coloured lehenga choli as she posed in front of the idol of the goddess along with a friend.
“Found another gem ha ha … From school picnic to a temple premises…. Jai Mata di,” she wrote in her post.
Reacting to her post, a fan wrote, “You are the only actress in Bollywood who always take stand for others and for herself,” while another commented, “So cuteeeeeee.”
