After wrapping up Roohi-Afza’s long spell, Janhvi will be taking off to Georgia for the biopic on Flight Officer Gunjan Saxena, says source
Janhvi Kapoor, who impressed critics and cinegoers alike with her natural performance in her debut Dhadak last year, is juggling her next two movies. That’s not only keeping her busy, but also away from home.
The gorgeous gal is currently in Manali, shooting for Roohi-Afza with Rajkummar Rao and Varun Sharma. After wrapping up the ongoing schedule of the horror comedy, the movie’s team will head to Agra, where they will shoot till the end of July.
“After wrapping up this long spell of Roohi-Afza, Janhvi will be taking off to Georgia for the biopic on Flight Officer Gunjan Saxena, who made history as she flew into a combat zone during the 1999 Kargil War. They will film important sequences during the 15-day schedule,” says a source close to the actress, adding that Janhvi will be back only in the second half of August. The 22-year-old, who has also bagged Dostana 2, had undergone flying lessons for her role of Gunjan, who was awarded the Shaurya Chakra for her bravery.
