Neha Dhupia took the entire country by surprise when she got married to beau Angad Bedi earlier this month in a hush hush wedding. The actress grabbed a lot of eyeballs for suddenly tying the knot, without the knowledge of even her near and dear friends. Soon, rumour mills got busy churning that the actress is preggers and that's the reason behind her rushing into marriage all of a sudden. 

While both Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi have decided not to comment on the issue, it's Neha's father, who has finally broken silence to clear the air. While talking to Dainik Bhaskar, Neha's father shared, "No no.. there is no such thing at all. Since the two got married early, people are thinking otherwise. But there is no such thing. People will keep talking about things and spread rumors as per their wish.”

Well, now that it's clear that Neha and Angad aren't expecting their first child, the rumours can rest in peace. Neha's father further shared why they opted for such an intimate wedding, He said that both the families wanted it this way and decided on it mutually. "It was decided by both the families and the couple as they didn’t have much time because of their respective work commitments. We only got a day or two to make all the wedding arrangements after the date was finalised,” he was quoted as saying.
