Irrfan Khan's son Babil shared an interesting piece of information recently. He said that Irrfan gave him the script of Todd Philips' blockbuster film 'Joker', which was leaded by Joaquin Phoenix. Babil said that Irrfan gave the scripts right before release, while he was still studying filmmaking in school.

Babil shared the image as his Instagram story. It reads ‘The Joker An Origin written by Todd Philips and Scott Silver’ at the top. He also wrote, “That time Baba (I used to call him that) sent me the Joker script before its release and I was in film school like ‘WHAA...’ and I hid it from all my friends till the film released.” On one side of the page, we can see a hand-written note from Irrfan which reads, “For u, These are confidential till the film releases. From Baba.”

Not just that, Babil also shared an image of Taiki Waititi's 'Jojo Rabbit', a movie which has also gone on to become a cult just like 'Joker'. He simply wrote 'And This' while sharing the same.

Prior to that, Babil had shared Irrfan Khan's preparation method as an actor. The images were from the family's beach house where they stayed before moving into the city. Babil gave a glimpse of Irrfan's library, notes from Irrfan's films (including 'Qissa') and much more. "This is my father’s old room near the beach before we shifted to the city. This is where he did most of his work," a part of his post read.

Irrfan Khan passed away during the COVID-19 lockdown. The 53-year-old actor died on April 30, 2020, after two-year battle with a rare form of cancer. He died due to colon infection.
