Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan celebrated their 14th wedding anniversary on April 20. On Wednesday, giving a glimpse into their long-distance celebrations, Aishwarya shared a screengrab as she video chatted with husband Abhishek Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya Bachchan.
Aishwarya did not caption the photo, however, used several love-filled emojis. In the photo, Aishwarya has her hand around Aaradhya as Abhishek is visible in an inset picture on the top right-hand corner, smiling. Aaradhya is wearing a flower hairband, sitting in her mother's lap.
While Abhishek did not post anything for Aishwarya, on Wednesday, the actor took to Twitter to thank fans for their good wishes on their anniversary. He wrote, "Thank you very much for all your wishes for Aishwarya and my wedding anniversary, yesterday. Please continue to stay safe, wear your mask and if possible, try not to go out. Thank you again."
On the work front, Aishwarya will be seen next in Mani Ratnam's epic 'Ponniyin Selvan'. In January, the actor was seen arriving in Hyderabad for the shoot of the film, accompanied by Abhishek and Aaradhya. Reportedly, Aishwarya will be seen playing a double role in the film. Ponniyin Selvan will also star Chiyaan Vikram, Trisha, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Sobhita Dhulipala, and Aishwarya Lekshmi among others.
On the other hand, Abhishek has been based in Lucknow for a while, shooting for his upcoming film, 'Dasvi'. Earlier this month, he saw the release of his film 'The Big Bull' on Disney+ Hotstar. During the lockdown last year, he appeared in 'Ludo' and also made his digital debut with the show 'Breathe: Into the Shadows'.
