India's Next Superstar: Akshay Kumar invited for Karan Johar's show to promote Pad Man!
Akshay had already committed to Bigg Boss 11 and since INS is yet to go on air, he wanted to appear on Salman’s show first
Akshay Kumar will appear on the finale of Bigg Boss 11 where he will be declaring the winner of the show along with Salman Khan. Now, we hear that the Khiladi was also invited to be a guest on Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty’s show India’s Next Superstars (INS), where he would promote his upcoming film Pad Man.
Says a source, “Akshay was invited to shoot for the show today. He was to shoot one episode and Kangana Ranaut another one. However, Akshay had already committed to Bigg Boss 11 and since INS is yet to go on air, he wanted to appear on Salman’s show first. As this happened at the last minute, now Kangana will only be shooting for both the episodes. Since Pad Man will be releasing by the end of this month, there is still time to match dates with Akshay to shoot for an episode, which will be worked out.” Incidentally, the Khiladi has started filming KJo’s Kesari.
