'Housefull 4' Box Office Day 5: Akshay Kumar's film is a running riot

Akshay Kumar's Housefull 4, which was almost declared a flop on its release day, is now having a fantastic run at the Box Office. The movie gained momentum on Monday and entered Rs. 100-crore-club by Tuesday. More so, Wednesday records of the film also are surprisingly great.

Housefull 4, starring Akshay Kumar, Ritesh Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Kriti Kharbanda and Pooja Hegde in lead roles, managed to mint Rs. 15 crore on Wednesday. The movie has worked brilliantly in UP. Thus Delhi and UP circuit might have a fantastic run.

Meanwhile, Akshay continues to spread his magic on Gujarat and Saurashtra. The comedy film Housefull 4 has earned Rs. 4 crore from the two cities itself, managing to bring in most footfalls. Apart from that, Housefull 4 continues to work in Rajasthan and Central India too.

The Akshay Kumar starrer, however, is not performing as well in Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore because, despite a 20-25% drop in ticket prices, the footfalls have also reduced there right up to 40-45%. Housefull 4 is however expected to end its first week with Rs. 135 crore.
