Diljit Dosanjh, an actor and musician, has released the trailer for his next Punjabi comedy ‘Honsla Rakh’. Sonam Bajwa and Shehnaaz Gill also star in the flick.
Diljit plays an NRI in Canada who gets his wife, Shehnaaz, pregnant by accident. Even before the kid is born, the two file for divorce, and she wants him to have custody of the child.
He eventually learns to care for his son and even builds a great bond with him, despite his ups and downs and filthy nappies. Years later, he falls in love with Sonam, who plays him. As they come up with strategies to court her, he makes it his mission to make her his son's new mummy. However, their intentions are thrown into disarray when Shehnaaz, the biological mother, reappears in their lives.

Shehnaaz's first assignment since the death of her rumoured boyfriend, actor Sidharth Shukla, on September 2 is 'Honsla Rakh'. She hasn't been posting any updates on social media regarding the movie or anything else. Hehnaaz makes a reappearance in their lives.
Diljit, Shehnaaz, and Sonam were seen sporting sweatpants and sweatshirts in the recently unveiled colourful poster. The singer is seen cradling a stuffed toy wrapped in a blanket that resembles a baby and drinking from a nursing bottle.
