For those who were wondering why Salman chose not to tweet about Sridevi's tragic demise, here's the answer. The actor is quite reserved about his life and he didn't feel that tweeting about it on social media would be the right thing to do. Instead, he preferred to physically drop by and meet the family members of the actress at their Lokhandwala residence in the wee hours of the morning on Wednesday soon after the mortal remains of the actress also arrived from Dubai.

Not many are aware of the fact that Sridevi was not just a brilliant actress and dancer but also a skilled painter. One of the very few friends who've received a painting by her as a gift is Salman Khan himself. Some reports suggest that it was in fact Salman who motivated her to pursue painting again.

Back in 2010, when one of Sridevi's paintings got accepted at an international art auction, Boney Kapoor had stated, "After me and the kids, painting is her main passion. Now her paintings have reached a level of professionalism where they can fetch a handsome price."
