'Grateful for you': Athiya Shetty wishes birthday boy KL Rahul with goofy photos

Cricketer and Punjab Kings skipper KL Rahul celebrates his birthday on April 28 and has turned 29 this year. The ace player apart from being an amazing cricketer he is also in the news for his relationship with actor Athiya Shetty. On the occasion of his birthday, like every year, the Mubarakan actor took to her Instagram page and shared goofy photos posing with Rahul to wish him. 

In the photos, the couple is seen posing for mirror selfies while twinning in black and white outfits. Rahul sported a handsome look wearing a white T-Shirt and black pants with a black jacket. While Athiya looked cute in a printed white crop top and dark blue pants.

While wishing Rahul, Athiya wrote, "grateful for you, happy birthday."

Earlier, Rahul had kept mum on his relationship status. When asked about it by Bombay Times, the cricketer had said, "Oh, all these things have been written about? I don't really read the papers, so I don't know what has been written about me. I have learnt to keep my personal life personal and not make it a thing to talk about. I am committed to cricket right now."

He also said, "I don't really know. When I figure that out, I will give you a call and tell you."

Rahul and Athiya are dating for quite some time now.
