Bollywood actor Fardeen Khan is all set to make a comeback on the big screen after 11 years. The actor, who was last seen in the film ‘Dulha Mil Gaya’ in 2010, is all set to star in Sanjay Gupta’s upcoming film ‘Visfot' which also stars Riteish Deshmukh.

‘Visfot’ is the official remake of the Venezuelan film, ‘Rock, Paper, Scissors’ (2012) which was selected as the country’s entry for the Best Foreign Language Oscar at the 85th Academy Awards.

Fardeen and Riteish were last seen together in ‘Heyy Babyy' and will be teaming up for this film after a gap of 14 years. Confirming the news, Sanjay Gupta, who will be backing this project, told ANI, "I am really happy that Fardeen and Riteish are teaming up for this extremely special project. My team and I put in every bit of our blood, sweat and tears to make each of our projects count. This film has been in the works for a while and I’m proud to say that ‘Visfot’ will roll by the end of the month. We’re geared up for this.”

As per reports, the thriller, to be shot in Mumbai in the next couple of weeks, thrives on the collision between the city’s stark contrasts - the chawls of Dongri and the highrises. Fardeen and Riteish’s characters will be seen on opposite sides of the fence.

Fardeen was recently in news for his physical transformation. He was papped outside casting director Mukesh Chabbra's office. In an interview with Hindustan Times, Fardeen said that he was not prepared for his photo to go viral and that people would receive it so strongly.

The actor said, "It felt good to get a warm welcome. I didn’t even know that there was a photographer. People are so generous and talking about how I looked, it most certainly feels good. When you take a break and attempt to get back, especially when so much has changed in the industry, it is daunting. Such a reaction makes it a bit easier. It felt good that people are still interested in you and haven’t forgotten you."

Fardeen Khan made his Bollywood debut in 1998 with ‘Prem Again’. He went on to star in several hit films such as 'Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya’, ‘Om Jai Jagadish’, ‘No Entry’ and ‘Bhoot’ among others.
