Exclusive! Priyanka Chopra's mom Madhu Chopra on meeting Nick Jonas: ‘It’s too early to form an opinion about him’

Priyanka Chopra is painting the town red with her rumoured love interest, Nick Jonas. The Indian actress and American pop star set tongues wagging when they made an appearance at last year’s Met Gala. Ever since, they have been inseparable — in fact, they have been spotted several times walking hand in hand. 

Recently, when Nick took PC along to meet his family members, speculations were rife that the two are considering marriage already. And now, when the Quantico actress made a surprise visit to Mumbai with the singer-songwriter by her side, the media went into a tizzy. After landing at the airport on Thursday, Piggy Chops headed straight to her Juhu house, while on Friday night, she stepped out for a dinner date with Nick and her family members in the suburbs.

There have been murmurs that Priyanka wanted her mother, Madhu Chopra, to meet her boyfriend, hence the unplanned trip. When After Hrs contacted PeeCee’s mother, she told us, “We just went out for dinner where Nick was present. But it was a large group. There were 10-odd people, so I didn’t get the time to know him that well.” When prodded about what she thought of Nick, she said, “I’ve met him for the first time, so it’s too early to form an opinion.”
