Etihad Airways RESPONDS to Ileana D'Cruz's LOST bag case!

A few days back, actress Ileana D'Cruz had posted on her social media handles that Etihad Airways had lost her bag with her personal belongings and showed a lack of concern when she reached out to them. 

Here's what she had posted on Instagram:

"@etihadairways Cannot imagine that an airline with the reputation of being "one of the best in the world" could be so irresponsible and have no concern whatsoever. Shocked, disappointed and devastated. I had so many personal sentimental items that I will never see again thanks to the carelessness of an airline I will never travel by! #disappointed #etihadairways"

Turns out, some members of the actress's team were travelling by Etihad airways, carrying her belongings. Apparently, one of the bags of Ileana was missing on their arrival and hence the actress was mighty furious on coming to know about it as it had her personal items. 

Now a spokesperson from Etihad has informed us, “We have been in regular correspondence with Ms D’Cruz’s team during recent weeks as they were the passengers on the flight carrying the bags. The preliminary investigation result, communicated to Ms D’Cruz’s team, was that all of the bags carried from London were delivered and collected in Mumbai. We now have additional details about the bags, supplied by Ms D’Cruz, and are looking once again into the matter and we will share the findings of the investigation with Ms D’Cruz.”
