Dream Girl Box Office Report Day 6: Ayushmann Khurrana-Nushrat Bharucha's film does excellent business on 1st Wednesday

Ayushmann Khurrana and Nushrat Bharucha starrer Dream Girl has been witness to a great start. The movie collected excellent opening day, weekend and even Monday number. More so, the movie is working well even in mid-week i.e. on Wednesday.

Dream Girl minted Rs. 6.50 crore on Wednesday, which is not a great drop from its Monday collections. The total collections of Ayushmann Khurrana-Nushrat Bharucha starrer thus is Rs. 64 crore. Interestingly, Sushant Singh Rajput-Shraddha Kapoor starrer Chhichhore earned Rs. 67 crore on day six.

Dream Girl is earning well in Delhi NCR and Northern markets, with Rs. 20 crore collections. The second Friday and weekends are crucial for the movie, since it would determine whether Dream Girl can cross the collections of Chhichhore and reach Badhaai Ho total. Although it appears tough that Ayushmann can revisit his Badhaai Ho magic with Dream Girl, the movie is sure to beat collections of Article 15 and AndhaDhun, all within a week of its release. The total collections of the movie by the end of the week are expected to be Rs. 70 crore.
