It is not novel news that Disha Patani loves working out. She has kept on posting her workout videos and it appears to be no less than a challenge, which she takes up and ends up looking smooth as butter while performing the stunts.

Disha played a trapeze artist in her recently released film Bharat, where she had to practice many stunts, including the backflip. It is thus no wonder that despite her small screen time, the actress was much appreciated for her role as Radha.

The backflip fever has still hung around Disha, who once again shared a video of her first ever attempt at backflip. The actress of course received praises for the attempt too. The video is basically Saturday motivation as a whole, when the spirits are lifted up high, so as to workout and move with the intentions of conquering the world, post which you eventually decide to just lie down and watch as the world passes by.

"First attempt to a self backflip, still need to make it much cleaner but atleast the fear is gone everyday makes a difference (also me being the stubborn me)," wrote Disha while sharing the video.

On the work front, Disha Patani will next be seen in Malang. The movie brings back the hit Aashiqui 2 jodi Mohit Suri and Aditya Roy Kapur. Apart from Aditya and Disha, Mohit's movie also stars Anil Kapoor and Kunal Kemmu in pivotal roles.
