Dharmendra health update: Veteran superstar and producer Dharmendra is in the prayers of millions of fans. It is because of these wishes that the He-Man of Bollywood is fighting hard for life and refusing to bow down. On Tuesday morning, reports surfaced that the veteran superstar is no more. However, when DNA India reached out to Sunny Deol's team, they texted, "There is no further update from last night, will give you an update as soon as I have one." Then we reached out to another close source of the family member, who confirmed that there is no truth, asserting his health is stable and he's recovering. 

Soon, Esha and Hema Malini also denied the death reports and issued statements on their respective social media handles. Dharamendra's daughter Esha confirmed that her papa is recovering and also slammed the media for being in a rush to spread the death reports. "The media seems to be in overdrive and spreading false news. My father is stable and recovering. We request everyone to give our family privacy. Thank you for the prayers for Papa's speedy recovery (sic)."

Even Dharamendra's second wife, Esha Deol's daughter, confirmed that her husband is fine, and wrote, "What is happening is unforgivable! How can responsible channels spread false news about a person who is responding to treatment and is recovering? This is being extremely disrespectful and irresponsible. Please give due respect to the family and its need for privacy."

About Dharmendra's health update

On November 10, Dharmendra was rushed to Breach Candy Hospital after complaining of breathlessness. The Mera Gaon Mere Desh actor was admitted to the ICU under complete medical observation. By Monday afternoon, there were rumours that Dharmendra was put on a ventilator. There were also reports that the veteran actor is very critical and might not survive. However, the Sunny Deol team issued a statement refuting the death hoax rumours. On Tuesday, several media portals reported on Dharamendra's demise. But then the family members put out statements, putting the rumours to rest.
