Ending the suspense and anxiety of their millions of fans, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh made it official on social media, soon after tying the knot as per Sindhi rituals in an Anand Karaj ceremony on November 15 at Lake Como in Italy. The newly wedded couple simultaneously shared two aww-dor-able pictures on their social media platforms. No sooner did they do that, wishes and congratulatory messages along with blessings started pouring in for the lovely couple.

Karan Johar, Priyanka Chopra, Jacqueline Frnandez, Anushka Sharma, Abhishek Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Arjun Kapoor were among the first ones to send across their wishes to the newly weds. 

Deepika and Ranveer first tied the knot in traditional South Indian style, following the Konkani wedding rituals on Thursday, November 14, 2018 at Lake Como in Italy. It was an initimate affair in the presence of 40 close family friends and relatives. Their pre wedding celebrations had already kick-started with Mehendi, Sangeet and Engagement ceremonies. 

Reports doing the rounds suggest that on Friday, Ranveer made a grand entry, dancing to the tunes of the song, Meri Pant Bhi Sexy. He also grooved to the tunes of Anil Kapoor's song Ae Ji O Ji from Ram Lakhan. Deepika on the other hand, looked ethreal in her stunning bridal attire. Both Ranveer and Deepika donned bridal ensembles by Sabyasachi Mukherjee. 

While the Konkani wedding saw the decor as well as the guests donning shades of white and gold, the Sindhi wedding had them in shades of hot pink and red.
