It has almost been a month since Kapil Sharma turned father to a baby girl. While the comedian has not yet introduced his little one to social media, a few celebrities have got a glimpse of her. Deepika Padukone happens to be one of the few lucky celebrities.
Deepika Padukone visited The Kapil Sharma Show in order to promote her film Chhapaak. The actress and Kapil had some fun banter. Deepika had spoken about carrying a needle-and-thread on every trip with Ranveer Singh, and why her husband was jealous of Kapil.
Other than that, Kapil showed his Deepu a photo of his baby girl. Deepika went 'aww' like a little baby herself, on seeing the photographs on Kapil's phone. Despite his announcement about the baby girl, Kapil has hidden both her name as well as identity from the media so far. "Blessed to have a baby girl. Need ur blessings. Love u all. Jai mata di," he had tweeted while making the announcement.

Kapil got married to his love Ginni Chatrath on December 12, 2018, in a Hindu ceremony in Jalandhar. The two performed Anand Karaj the next day.
