The first song from 'De De Pyaar De', titled 'Vaddi Sharaban', is all about the chemistry between Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh
The first song from Ajay Devgn, Tabu and Rakul Preet Singh starrer 'De De Pyaar De' has been unveiled. To begin with, the song is as much fun as the trailer was. However there is one huge difference between the two. While Ajay Devgn opened up about his love in the trailer, he barely pays heed to Rakul who is dancing to impress him in the song.
'Vaddi Sharaban' (literally translated into a big drunkard), opens up to a wedding setup. We soon see Rakul Preet Singh holding a whisky bottle to her waist and grooving. It is later revealed that she is dancing on a boat that is full of guests. The actress not only flaunts her whisky bottle but also gulps it down to half.
Ajay Devgn is also introduced as an onlooker soon after. Although he notices everything around him, the actor play hard-to-get. The setup definitely is something that had got our score already, but the tunes took the song a notch higher. It wouldn't be wrong to say that 'Vaddi Sharaban' is a party number in the making.
Rakul Preet's thumkas and 'Gangnam style' moves are on point too. The choreography is fairly done. Costumes - whether it is Rakul Preet Singh's pink and golden saree, or Ajay Devgn's blue suit - demands maximum attention. They both appear good in the song.
Coming to the chemistry between Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh, there definitely appear to be sparks flowing out of everywhere in the song. Ajay Devgn's intense looks, cute smile and Rakul Preet Singh's shy moments make the song a cute watch.

A major part of the film Tabu was missing in the song (obviously because it was a song of the brewing romance between Ajay and Rakul). She however plays the role of Ajay's ex-wife in the movie. 'De De Pyaar De' marks the directorial debut of Akiv Ali. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg. #MeToo accused Alok Nath has been roped in to play the role of Ajay's father-in-law in the film. The film is slated to release on May 17, 2019.
