Earlier while talking about climax being shot at a stone quarry, a source told DNA After Hrs, "One thousand people worked for over two weeks to construct an artificial stone quarry, which was almost as huge as a real one. They shot high-octane actions sequences with a team of experts and advanced equipment under the direction of Prabhudheva. The stone quarry has a lot of significance in the story and the audiences will come to know why so many efforts have gone behind creating it."

Dabangg 3 is directed by Prabhudheva and is slated to release on December 20, 2019.
