'Chhichhore' Box Office Week 2: Sushant Singh Rajput-Shraddha Kapoor starrer 10th highest net grosser of 2019
After an excellent week one, Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Chhichhore has managed to have an excellent week two as well
Chhichhore has been quite the talk of the town these days. The movie, helmed by Dangal director Nitesh Tiwari, which started at a slow pace at the Box Office, went on to earn big bucks soon. The movie showed excellent growth in its first week, which has continued even in its second week.
Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Chhichhore's collections dropped by 42% from week one. While the movie minted Rs. 66.84 crore in week one, it went on to earn Rs. 38.75 crore in week two. The second week collection is fourth best after Kabir Singh, Uri: The Surgical Strike and Mission Mangal.
Chhichhore is currently a superhit and even marked its position as tenth highest net grosser of 2019. In case the movie manages to cross Rs. 130-crore-mark, it can even prove a challenge to Ranveer Singh-Alia Bhatt starrer Gully Boy, which is currently ruling at the ninth position of highest net grossers of 2019.
More so, Chhichhore will also turn out to be a challenge to Ayushmann Khurrana-Sanya Malhotra's Badhaai Ho. The movie's gross number, however, is a tough benchmark to cross for Chhichhore.
