Badshah says he doesn't support 'objectification of women' in music, netizens brutally troll him: 'Haathi ke daanth...'

Popular singer and rapper Badshah has a strong fan following among the masses. The artiste has been responsible for chartbuster songs such as renditions of Kala Chashma and Genda Phool with Garmi, and Paani Paani. Badshah has a strong fan following on social media as well, but the singer is getting trolled for his recent comment about 'glorifying objectification of women'.

In an interview with Hindustan Times, Badshah said that he comes from a place of responsibility and respect. He said "I don’t approve of music that glorifies objectification of women. I have female family members at home and my music comes from a place of responsibility and respect.” When asked about the lyrics in his songs, he said, “I am a lot like you, like a journalist. I just tell people what I see, through my music. I do take certain lyrical liberties for entertainment, as eventually, art is about freedom." 

Soon after his interview was published, the netizens brutally trolled him for his comments. A digital creator shared a post about Badshah's interview, and it got some funny comments.
