‘Annaatthe’ first look out: Rajinikanth’s swag leaves fans excited

The first look for 'Annaatthe', the most anticipated film of the year, has finally been released. Yes, Rajinikanth's first glimpse in Annaatthe has been released on social media. On Friday, September 10, the film's producers took to Twitter to reveal the superstar's first look.

Nayanthara, Prakash Raj, Keerthy Suresh, Sathish, Khushbu, Meena, Soori, and Robo Shankar appear in the film, which will be released on November 4 for Diwali. The film is directed by Siruthai Siva, who is working with Rajinikanth for the first time in ‘Annaatthe’. Sun Pictures will finance the project. The film is a rural comedy with an unusual and original screenplay and plot. D Imman composed the film's soundtrack.

Rajinikanth's most recent film was AR Murugadoss' action thriller Darbar, which was released in 2020. Nayanthara, Suniel Shetty, and Nivetha Thomas also starred in the film.

In April of this year, Rajinikanth received the coveted Dadasaheb Phalke award. Prakash Javadekar, the Minister of Information and Broadcasting, has been informed. “Happy to announce Dadasaheb Phalke award for 2020 to one of the greatest actors in the history of Indian cinema Rajnikant ji. Javadekar tweeted, "His contribution as an actor, producer, and screenwriter has been iconic." Rajinikanth expressed his gratitude to the Indian government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for bestowing the highest honour in Indian cinema on him.
