Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor are currently in New York where the former is currently getting treated for cancer. The legendary actor is on his way to recovery and will be returning to India soon. During his treatment, Rishi and Neetu strolled in New York City and they have been sharing several photos on their social media pages. In the past few months, their family members and many Bollywood celebrities visited them much to their delight.

A while back, Neetu took to her Instagram page and shared a cute click posing with Rishi. In the photo, the Mulk actor is seen sitting on a throne while Neetu cutely hugs him. They are all smiles posing for the camera. Neetu captioned the photo stating, "Love this pic @bloomingdales had to drag him #memories #keeppositive #blessings"

Many Bollywood celebs left their sweet comments on Neetu's post. One of the comments was by none other than Ranbir Kapoor's girlfriend and actor Alia Bhatt. She wrote, "Love"

During an earlier interaction with Deccan Chronicle, Rishi had said, "My eighth month of treatment started on May 1 in the US. But God has been kind! I am in remission, meaning now I am cancer-free."

He added, "I will have to do a bone-marrow transplant which in all probability should take another two months minimum."

While at an event, Ranbir had said, "It has been a hard one year for him. His desire and only endeavour in life is to act in movies. So this one year sabbatical has been a little setback for him. But he is doing really well for himself."
