After Gadar 2 success, Sunny Deol gives major update on Gadar 3: ‘Wo bhi…’

Sunny Deol is currently running high on success with his latest release Gadar 2. The movie is garnering heaps of praise and has collected Rs 284.63 crore at the box office in 7 days. Fans are now waiting for Gadar 3 and the actor recently shared an update on the same. 

On Friday, Sunny Deol was papped at the airport. The actor was seen looking dashing in formal wear. The actor opted for a white shirt, grey blazer, and blue jeans and completed his look with a pair of sunglasses. When asked about Gadar 3, the actor flaunted his million-dollar smile and said, “Woh bhi aayegi (that will also come).” This left Sunny Deol’s fans excited. One of the comments read, “excited for Gadar 3.” Another wrote, “Bawaal! Please bring it fast.”

At the end of Gadar 2, the film credits read, “to be continued” which lefts fans excited. Now talking about Gadar 3, the filmmaker also told ANI, “You'll have to wait for that. Intezar ka fal meetha hota hai (the fruit of patience is sweet), just like this one (Gadar 2). Some thoughts have come to me and Shaktimaan Ji's (writer of Gadar 2) minds. So just wait everything will happen.” 

Helmed by Anil Sharma, Gadar 2 stars Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, Utkarsh Sharma, and Manisha Wadhwa. The film also stars Gaurav Chopra, Luv Sinha, and Simrat Kaur in supporting roles. Release on August 11, the film clashed with Akshay Kumar-starrer OMG 2, and is still running successfully at the box office. The film has collected Rs 284 crore at the domestic box office.

Sunny Deol expressed happiness about the movie's success and said in an interview, "I am indeed very happy. When we did the second part of Gadar, we never knew it would be so loved by the audience. Two whole generations have gone by since we did the first Gadar. And still, people are as excited as they were the first time. I am amazed and very very happy. We need some hits to keep the film industry on its feet."
