Bollywood actress and environmentalist Dia Mirza, who mutually parted ways with Sahil Sangha in 2019, is reportedly in love with a Mumbai-based businessman. And well not just this, as per reports, the B-town diva is all set to exchange the solemn vows with businessman Vaibhav Rekhi on February 15, 2021.

Born in 1985 in Mumbai, Vaibhav Rekhi completed his schooling at Hari Singh Higher Secondary School and his graduation in Business Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth University.
A Mumbai-based businessman, Vaibhav Rekhi is the founder of Piramal Fund Management Pvt Ltd.
Like Dia Mirza, Vaibhav Rekhi is divorced. He was married to a yoga and wellness therapist Sunaina Rekhi, a Nottingham University graduate. The two have a daughter together.
Reportedly, love blossomed between Dia Mirza and Vaibhav Rekhi during the lockdown. The two reportedly lived together at latter's Pali Hill residence and after spending quality time with each other, decided to make things official and enter marital bliss.
Dia Mirza was earlier married to film producer and writer Sahil Sangha. The two tied the knot in October 2014. However, the duo announced their separation on social media in 2019 after 11 years of togetherness. In an official statement, both Dia and Sahil said, "After 11 years of sharing our lives and being together, we have mutually decided to separate. We remain friends and will continue to be there for each other with love and respect. While our journeys may lead us down different paths, we are forever grateful for the bond that we share with each other."
