Katrina Kaif has just shown us how can we spend 21 days in lockdown
Some time before Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that India would be under 21-days lockdown, Katrina Kaif shared some of her workout videos. In the videos, the actress, known for her fitness, is doing a face-off with Yasmin Karachiwala. The videos were split videos, where Katrina and Yasmin did the workout from their respective homes.

1. Warm-up exercises
Katrina and Yasmin began their warm-up exercises by doing 2 sets x 25 reps of squat with feet hip width apart, squat with feet parallel, squat with feet wide turnout and squat with feet together.
2. Forward and backward lunge
The duo began their workout with forward and backward lunge of 2 sets x 15 reps.
3. In hover, hip dips
While staying in the plank position, in hover, hip dips require moving only the lower body from left to right for 3 sets x 20 reps.
4. Curtsy lunge to side kick
3 sets x 15 reps of curtsy lunge to side kick is sure to improve leg strength.
5. Suicide push
Suicide push is a form of push ups combined with plank. 3 sets x 15 reps help strengthen core.
6. Single leg squat
Katrina Kaif does the 3 sets x 15 reps single leg squat so effortlessly even her trainer can barely match up.
7. Squat jacks
In the end, Katrina and Yasmin practiced 3 sets x 25 reps of squat jacks. Sharing the video, Katrina wrote, "#WorkoutFromHome #Part2 Since we are all practicing #SocialDistancing @yasminkarachiwala and I worked out at our homes and put the workouts together for you to do at yours. Stay home stay safe."
