Here are 7 interesting facts about Tara Sutaria:

Tara faced the camera for the first time as a contestant for Sony TV’s 'Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega' in 2009. She floored judges Farah Khan and Anu Malik with her singing.

She kickstarted her career with Disney India as a video jockey in 'Big Bada Boom'. She later went on to star in popular sitcoms like 'The Suite Life of Karan & Kabir' (the poorer cousin of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody) and 'Oye Jassie'.

She has a twin sister named Pia Sutaria, who's a trained ballet dancer and a model. She has also represented India at several international beauty pageants. 

Both Pia and Tara have formal training in classical ballet, modern dance and Latin American dances from the School of Classical Ballet and Western Dance, Royal Academy of Dance, United Kingdom and the Imperial Society for Teachers of Dancing, United Kingdom.

She has been singing since she was seven years old. She has recorded music in India and abroad for films, advertisements, and her own original work.

Tara was in the running to play Jasmine in Disney's 'Aladdin'. She was one of the actresses who got shortlisted for the part in Guy Ritchie's live-action film. However, the role finally went to Naomi Scott.

Tara and Armaan Malik are childhood buddies. 

She was earlier said to be dating late actor Vinod Mehra's son Rohan Mehra, who made his Bollywood debut with Nikhil Advani's 'Bazaar'. However, buzz is that she is now hanging out with 'senior student' Sidharth Malhotra.
