Here's why Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan are leaving Mannat with kids Suhana Khan, Aryan Khan, AbRam Khan

Shah Rukh Khan, along with his wife Gauri Khan and kids Suhana Khan, Aryan Khan, and AbRam Khan, will be moving out of Mannat in May this year. A Grade III heritage structure, Mannat is set to undergo a major renovation and extension for which the Khan family has secured proper permissions.

Shah Rukh and his family will be shifting to four floors of a luxurious building named Puja Case in Mumbai's Pali Hill area in Bandra. A source was quoted telling Hindustan Times, "It is clearly not as capacious as Mannat; but there is enough space to accommodate his security and other staff."

The superstar has leased the four floors from Vashu Bhagnani's son Jackky Bhagnani and daughter Deepshika Deshmukh, who both own the property Puja Casa. The rental price is whopping sum of Rs 24 lakh per month. The lease agreement is for three years as the renovation in Mannat will reportedly take two years.

Shah Rukh Khan purchased Mannat in 2001 for Rs 13 crore. The 27,000 square-foot mansion, situated in the Bandstand area of Bandra, is valued over Rs 200 crore today. It boasts six floors, including a magnificent library, a private theater, a state-of-the-art gym, and an extravagant terrace with opulent interiors.

After a blockbuster comeback with Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki in 2023, Shah Rukh Khan will be seen next in King. The action thriller will be directed by Siddharth Anand and will mark Suhana Khan's theatrical debut. King will reportedly release in theatres on March 20, 2026, on the occasion of Eid.
