Priyanka Chopra's brother Siddharth Chopra and Ishita Kumar's wedding postponed; actor returns to the US
As per reports, Priyanka Chopra's brother Siddharth Chopra and Ishita Kumar's wedding has been postponed. After a short stay in Mumbai, the actor heads back to the US.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas touched down Mumbai a few days back so as to prep and attend the wedding festivities of her brother Siddharth Chopra. The actor along with husband Nick Jonas had come down to Delhi in February for the roka ceremony of Siddharth and Ishita Kumar. Their wedding was supposed to take place over the last weekend, but it has been postponed for a few days. Ishita had to undergo emergency surgery due to which the wedding couldn't take place on the decided date.
It was rumoured that the wedding has been called off. However, a source revealed to Mumbai Mirror, "There are rumours that the wedding has been called off, but it is not true. Ishita needs some time to recuperate from her surgery and the families are looking for another mahurat."
As the wedding has been postponed, Priyanka decided to head back to the US and resume with her personal and professional commitments there.
