Priya Prakash Varrier is all set to make her Bollywood debut with 'Sridevi Bungalow'
South sensation Priya Prakash Varrier, who is gearing up for the release of her first Bollywood film 'Sridevi Bungalow', recently attended a special screening of 'Uri - The Surgical Strike'. At the event, Priya got to meet several B-Town celebs like Ranveer Singh, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal and Varun Dhawan.
"It was the very first time that I was meeting all these people, so it was very new to me. I had a really great time watching Uri. It's a really nice movie,'' she told the media at the trailer launch of her film, when asked about her meeting with the Bollywood stars.
"It was very sweet of Vicky Kaushal to invite me at the screening of his film. I got to talk to many people and they were really sweet and welcoming to me, so it was an overwhelming feeling to be there," she added.

For the trailer launch of 'Sridevi Bungalow', Priya seemed to take inspiration from none other than the queen of Bollywood. She wore a strapless black corset-style bodice with a shimmery sequin embellished skirt. Interestingly, Deepika Padukone has worn a similar thing before, not once but twice - first at Vogue Beauty Awards in 2012 and second at 2017 Vanity Fair Oscar party.

Priya took to her instagram handle and shared a few pictures along with the celebs and wrote,"It’s not a dream! Met my favourite Ranveer Singh. He’s dapper and the energy he has is unmatchable! Rohit Shetty sir I’m a great fan of your work and would love to be a part of it someday. Been very fond of you and the dedication you have for cinema since SOTY Varun Dhawan."

"At the screening of Uri, I told Ranveer that I am a big fan of yours and then he told me that I really liked your wink which was overwhelming for me," said Priya Prakash Varrier.
When asked which Hindi film she wanted to do in recent times, she said, "I wanted to become a part of 'Simmba'. There were lots of rumours that I was part of 'Simmba' but I wish that was true because I am a great fan of Ranveer Singh."
