Talking about the series, Sunny Leone said, "The experience was a lot more difficult than I thought it was going to be. I have told the stories and I know what they are. It can't be as difficult as some other film. It was very hard emotional journey for me. But I am happy that I got to tell the truth, no matter how difficult it was for me.

"The way it was written, it automatically took me back in time. The dialogues and the situations. So it wasn't that difficult because it is a real story and not made up. That part was easier to go back to."

"At first, when the producers came to me wanting to make a web series about my life I said 'no' because I had shot a documentary and that experience was not good. But then they said that they want to show my family life and childhood, my upbringing and my relationships with my father, mother and husband, and that's what made me say 'yes'."

"This production house (ZEE5) did not tamper with the story. We waited for the right company to accept me and my story. For me it was about getting the story out without changing it. Why should I change my story?" Leone said.
