While Vidyut Jammwal needs no introduction and enjoys a massive fan following, today, we will tell you about his ladylove Nandita Mahtani.

Earlier this month, after a few photos of actor Vidyut Jammwal and Nandita Mahtani's trip to the Taj Mahal went viral, the internet was abuzz with rumours that the two have got engaged. Putting an end to all speculations, Vidyut and Nandita on September 13 confirmed their engagement on their respective social media handles.

Nandita Mahtani is a fashion designer based out of Mumbai. She has styled several celebrities including Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli.

Nandita Mahtani was previously married to businessman Sanjay from 2001 till 2003 when the couple parted ways. It is to be noted that Sanjay Kapoor tied the knot with actress Karisma Kapoor and has two children with her.

Vidyut Jammwal and Nandita Mahtani got engaged on September 1 and celebrated the day with a visit to the Taj Mahal in Agra.

Nandita Mahtani was reportedly dating actor Dino Morea with whom she ran a company called Playground which conducted exclusive invite-only parties. 

Nandita Mahtani was earlier rumoured to be dating actor Ranbir Kapoor who had admitted to having a crush on her. In a 2017 interview with The Quint, Ranbir said, “All I can say is that while growing up, I was infatuated with her. I found her beautiful, simple and warm, so unlike the socialite she is made out to be. We went out for dinners, it was nothing serious. Mum knew I had a crush on her.”

Nandita Mahtani’s sister Anu Mahtani is married to Sanjay Hinduja, son of billionaire Gopichand Hinduja of the Hinduja group.

Nandita Mahtani is friends with Bollywood celebrities such as Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor, Tusshar Kapoor, Suzanne Khan, Bhavana Pandey and Manish Malhotra among others. She often shares photos with them on her Instagram account.
