Abhishek Bachchan and Chitrangda Singh are currently in Kolkata where they kickstarted next schedule of 'Bob Biswas'.
On Monday, Abhishek Bachchan headed to Kolkata to start the next schedule of his forthcoming film, Bob Biswas. The actor will be shooting for the film till December 9, 2020, in the City of Joy. He headed back to the sets of Bob Biswas after nine months due to the coronavirus pandemic. The film and his character are a spin-off of Bob Biswas character essayed by Saswata Chatterjee in superhit film Kahaani starring Vidya Balan.
Chitrangda Singh who plays a pivotal role in Bob Biswas also shared her excitement on resuming the shoot. She stated, "It really felt good to be back on the sets after a gap of eight months. I'm glad to be back. We've been following all the necessary precautions and maintaining social distancing because the virus is still there and we all need to be careful. It does feel a bit different with only limited people allowed on sets now, but that is how the new normal is and slowly everyone will get used to it."
Bob Biswas is bankrolled by Gauri Khan, Sujoy Ghosh and Gaurav Verma, a directorial debut for Diya Ghosh and written by Sujoy Ghosh.
