Meet Siddharth Chopra, Priyanka Chopra's brother; before marrying Neelam Upadhyaya, his two weddings were cancelled

Born on July 12, 1989 to Madhu Chopra and late Ashok Chopra, Siddharth Chopra is seven years younger than Priyanka Chopra. He is a chef-turned-producer, who manages Purple Pebble Pictures, the production house established by Priyanka in 2015.

Siddharth and Neelam, who were first spotted together at the Mukesh Ambani's Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations in 2019, married each other in an intimate ceremony attended by their family members and close friends in Mumbai on February 7, 2025.

In October 2014, Siddharth Chopra and his then-girlfriend Kanika Mathur had an intimate roka ceremony. Reports indicated that their wedding was planned for February 2015 in Goa, but it was unexpectedly called off. A source close to the family shared, "Siddharth wants to focus on his career and his new venture, a pub-lounge in Pune. Postponing the wedding was a significant decision for both families. Priyanka is also currently abroad, and the wedding cannot happen without her."

In February 2019, Siddharth Chopra got engaged to Ishita Kumar in New Delhi. Priyanka Chopra and her husband, singer Nick Jonas, flew in from the United States to attend the celebration. The couple had planned to marry on April 30 of the same year, but the wedding was later called off. In May 2019, Siddharth’s mother, Madhu Chopra, explained the reason behind the cancellation to SpotboyE, saying, "My son Siddharth said he wasn't ready for marriage yet and needed more time."

Siddharth Chopra's wife Neelam Upadhyaya is the newest addition in the Chopra family. Born on October 5, 1993 in Mumbai, Neelam is an actress, who has appeared in a few Tamil and Telugu films including Action 3D and Om Shanthi Om.
