Several Pakistani female actors starred in Bollywood films but failed to leave a mark for various reasons.
Over the years, artists of different nationalities starred in Indian movies and left their mark. Actors, singers from neighbouring country Pakistan created a huge fan base in the country for their performances, acting and singing talent, good looks and more. However, due to different reasons, many artists failed to make a mark in the industry.
We have listed down about seven Pakistani female actors namely Mahira Khan, Mawra Hocane, Meera, Saba Qamar, Sajal Aly, Salma Agha and Zeba Bakhtiar who made their debut in Bollywood but failed to shine for various reasons.

1. Mahira Khan

Mahira Khan made her Bollywood debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the 2017 release Raees. The actor played the role of Aasiya in Rahul Dholakia directorial and was loved for her look and chemistry with the superstar.
2. Mawra Hocane

Mawra Hocane made her Bollywood debut in 2016 with the film Sanam Teri Kasam opposite Harshvardan Rane. She was seen as Saraswati Parthasarth aka Saru in the out-and-out romantic film.
3. Meera

Meera's Bollywood debut was Nazar released in 2005 directed by Soni Razdan. In the film, the actor was paired opposite Ashmit Patel. Meera was then seen in Kasak alongside Lucky Ali which was also a thriller flick. She then starred in a bold film titled Paanch Ghantey Mien Paanch Crore released in 2012.
4. Saba Qamar

Saba Qamar made her much-anticipated Bollywood debut opposite late actor Irrfan Khan in the 2017 blockbuster Hindi Medium. She was seen as his onscreen wife Meeta Batra and was lauded for her performance.
5. Sajal Aly

Sajal Aly played Sridevi's on-screen daughter in the late actor's swansong Mom released in 2017. In the film, she played the hard-hitting role of a rape survivor and left an impressive mark on everyone.
6. Salma Agha

Actor and singer Salma Agha starred in several Bollywood films in the 80s and the early 90s. She made her debut with Nikaah released in 1982. Soon after that, Salma went on to star in Kasam Paida Karne Wale Ki, Salma, Oonche Log, Jungle Ki Beti, Paanch Fauladi, Mahaveera, Kanwarlal, Pati Patni Aur Tawaif to name a few.
7. Zeba Bakhtiar

Zeba Bakhtiar made her Bollywood debut in 1991 opposite Rishi Kapoor in Henna. She then starred in Mohabbat Ki Aarzoo, Stuntman, Jai Vikraanta, Muqadama, Chief Sahib to name a few.
