It’s International Dance Day today, and we have picked out some of her best dance numbers in Bollywood.

RACE, 2008

Kat shimmied in a shimmery dress in the club number and how! She seduced Saif Ali Khan in the song that also had some steamy scenes between the two. Too hot to handle!

TEES MAAR KHAN, 2010

The track was perhaps the only memorable aspect of the Farah Khan directorial and for good reason. Choreographed by Farah herself, it had a bit of belly dance and tons of thrusts that would have anyone drooling. The svelte actress’ energetic moves did complete justice to an equally-infectious tune by Vishal-Shekhar.

AGNEEPATH, 2012

The leggy lass showed the meanest of jhatkas and thumkas to the Marathi tune. She owned even a raunchy number like this one and proved that no tempo is fast enough for her to match steps to. She sizzled with her vigorous movements to the dhol beats and matched them with her sensual expressions.

BAAR BAAR DEKHO, 2016

The Tiger Zinda Hai girl showed how desi can be so sexy. She had a sultry Indian look, with a golden choli, rounded off by cool sunglasses. She danced alongside Sidharth Malhotra on the Punjabi song. When she says, “There’s no one else like me,” in the video, one can’t help but agree.

DHOOM 3, 2013

Kamli was Katrina’s audition song in the Aamir Khan-starrer. Complete with flips, stretches and aerial dance, she peeled off layers of clothing, pulsating to contemporary form. The movie was a treat for the actress’ fans as she shook a leg in Malang as well as Dhoom Machale Dhoom, too, which were just as energetic.

THUGS OF HINDOSTAN, 2018

Just when you thought you had seen all the footwork Katrina had to show, she proved that sky is the limit as far as belly movements and gyrations go for her. Right enough, Aamir sang, ‘Suraiyya, jaan legi kya?’ in the track while Miss Kaif sizzled in the traditional-meet-contemporary dance. Choreographer Prabhudheva threw some extremely intricate steps at her but the actress nailed them all.

ZERO, 2018

The movie may not have set the box office on fire but Katrina burnt the dance floor. Twerking in an itsy-bitsy black outfit or the other hip-hop moves in sequinned shorts and knotted top, the steps were more athletic but the Bharat heroine aced them effortlessly.
