Shraddha Kapoor celebrates her birthday on March 3 and has turned 33 this year. It's been more than 10 years since the actor forayed into Bollywood. She made her debut with Teen Patti which released on February 26, 2010. The actor got to work with Amitabh Bachchan, Sir Ben Kingsley, R Madhavan among others in her debut film itself. However, it was Aashiqui 2, which came as a turning point for Shraddha's career. Since then, there was no turning back for the actor.
She has been a part of several hit films namely Ek Villain, Haider, ABCD 2, Baaghi, Stree, Saaho, Chhichhore to name a few. The actor worked with several hit directors and leading actors too. Moreover, Shraddha is one of the most favourite Bollywood stars on Instagram as she has more than 50 million followers (58.1 million as of now) on it.
In the last few years, the actor has featured in back-to-back movies – Stree, Batti Gul Meter Chalu, Saaho, Chhichhore, Street Dancer 3D and Baaghi 3 that left her with hardly any time to unwind or take a break. Looking at her work schedule for the last two years, Shraddha, who turns a year older today, has been certainly living out of a suitcase!
Shraddha delivered Rs 200-crore worldwide grosser, Chhichhore opposite late Sushant Singh Rajput at the box-office in 2019, directed by National award-winning filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari.
Meanwhile, Shraddha will next be seen opposite Ranbir Kapoor in Luv Ranjan directorial. The actor also has Naagin wherein she will be seen in the titular role.

1. Shraddha Kapoor made her debut with 'Teen Patti'

Shraddha Kapoor's debut film is Teen Patti which released in 2010. In her first film itself, the actor starred alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Sir Ben Kingsley, R Madhavan, Raima Sen among others. Though the film was a box office debacle, it was Shraddha's foray into Bollywood and was no turning back.
2. Turning point with 'Aashiqui 2'

Three years after her debut, Shraddha got a turning point in her career by starring in Mohit Suri's romantic musical drama film, Aashiqui 2 released in 2013. She was paired opposite Aditya Roy Kapur and Bollywood got a new favourite Jodi with it.
Aashiqui 2 was one of the biggest hits of 2013 and also one of the highest-grossing films of that year.
3. Shraddha Kapoor's 'Aye Villain' became everyone's favourite

Soon after that in 2014, she again starred in a Mohit Suri film that is, Ek Villain opposite Sidharth Malhotra. With this role also she received lots of love from her fans.

The same year, Shraddha worked with Vishal Bhardwaj for the first time in Haider. She was seen opposite Shahid Kapoor and was appreciated for her simplicity and beautiful Kashmiri look.

9. Her debut down South

Shraddha made her debut down South opposite Prabhas in Saaho. With this film, the actor even tried her hand in speaking Telugu and played the role of a cop for the first time.
