Actor Akshay Kumar has always been an inspiration to several, especially when it comes to health and fitness.

Akshay indulges in outdoor activities such as functional training, martial arts and Parkour Fitness.

He has always believed is eating right and exercising regularly. The actor also abstains from consuming alcohol, smoking and partying.

Akshay Kumar also eats his last meal before sunset- before 7 pm and follows a strict routine of sleeping early and waking up early

The diva of Bollywood, Kareena Kapoor Khan, is a trendsetter for many mothers.

Soon after delivering her little munchkin, Taimur Ali Khan, this celebrity mom started following a stringent exercise regime to shed all the post pregnancy weight and resumed work.

The 36-year-old is mostly into Cadillac, ladder barrels and the jump board; however Reformer is her favourite part of the exercise, as per celebrity trainer Namrata Purohit. Also, Kareena has some steal worthy gym outfits! 

Deepika Padukone, who recently married actor Ranveer Singh, has not only been promoting the idea of a fit body, but also a healthy mind.

The actor recently has opened a chain of gyms in Mumbai called 'MMA Matrix', along with sister Krishna Shroff

Just like boyfriend Tiger Shroff, Disha Patani too follows a rigorous workout regime. The hot damsel is a fitness freak and makes sure to excercise everyday without fail 

Shilpa Shetty Kundra is an inspiration to many. The mother of one motivates everyone out there by posting pictures and videos from her workut and yoga sessions on her Instagram very often.

The actress works out five days a week– yoga for two days, strength training for two days and cardio a day. She also meditates for 10 minutes after yoga. The actress lost approximately 22 kilos after pregnancy to get back in the fabulous shape that she is in today

Malaika Arora Khan is an epitome of fitness. She has maintained herself so well. She has always been on the top of the fitness game.
