Now, Kangana Ranaut's sister Rangoli Chandel has reacted to the whole incident and called the NCW a group of 'bitchy women' as they had not supported Kangana when she had gone to them with her complaint against 'a big star'. She even went on to call the NCW 'bhed ki khaal mein bhediye'.

Here's the full story:

Vivek Oberoi dashed into a controversy when he tweet an exit poll meme that compared his ex flame Aishwarya Rai's relationships with the stages of the election results.

The meme had a collage of pictures of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan with Salman Khan, Vivek Oberoi, Abhishek Bachchan and Aaradhya Bachchan and they were captioned 'Opinion Poll', 'Exit Poll' and 'Result' respectively. Vivek Oberoi was not only brutally bashed for sharing the meme, but he also found himself in hot water after the NCW sent him notice to explain himself over the meme row.

Looks like this didn't go down well with Kangana's sister Rangoli. She took to her Twitter account to slam NCW and wrote in a series of tweets, "Fraud @IndiaMeToo & @NCWIndia  has caused death f feminism in India, accused working everywhere & roaming freely, chauvinism & gender bias displayed openly & here fr a stupid joke they come crawling like insects as if anybody cares about such a sham NCWI please take a seat"

Rangoli added, "I will never forget how they refused to take Kangana’s complaint against a big star, but come to fight for these childish jokes when so many rape and harassment cases are lying unaddressed #Shame"

That's not all, Rangoli went on to add, "Much more scary and damaging than feudal and chauvinist men are these women hater women...bhed ki khaal mein bhediye...jealous and bitchy women who have problem with other woman, simply cause they also happen to be a woman, time to be very careful spot such insects & expose them"

Meanwhile, Vivek Oberoi, has deleted the controversial tweet and apologised for the same. On Monday, Sonam Kapoor had reacted to Vivek's tweet and called it 'disgusting' and 'classless'. When Vivek was asked to comment on Sonam's reaction, he had said, "Aap apni filmon mein kam overact karein aur social media par kam over-react karein."

Vivek tweeted after deleting the controversial Aishwarya Rai meme:

Rekha Sharma, NCW Chairperson had earlier told ANI, "We would like him (Vivek Oberoi) to apologise on social media and personally also to the person concerned. If he doesn't do so, we will see what legal action we can take against him. We will be talking to Twitter to remove that tweet immediately."

Reacting to the NCW's notice, Vivek Oberoi had told the agency on Monday, "Is there anything wrong in it? Is there some abuse in it? Is there any obscene picture in it? It is just a creative meme made at the time of elections. I saw it and laughed. I have no problem in saying sorry as I am an expert in saying sorry. But, please, tell me what wrong have I said."

"I am waiting for the notice from Maharashtra's Women Commission and the NCW. I would also like to meet them and give an explanation because I don't think I have done something wrong," he added
